Here at Alpha Omega we offer 14 days from the day of delivery for products to be returned or exchanged.

Your items must be in the condition they arrived in, with all tags attached and invoices enclosed. We are unable to accept returns however if:

• The goods have had any security tags removed from the item.
• The item(s) are a Bespoke Special Order, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances (i.e. engraved items or other special requests).
• Goods must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the Alpha Omega Jewellery Ltd invoice to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery at:

*Please note we do not hold any responsibility for any returned items until they have been received. It is your responisbility to handle postage and packaging and keep any and all tracking information.
